Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UAE) We offer standard shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Cash on Delivery We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.

Bank Transfer We also accept bank transfer payments. Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.
